DELICIOUS CREAM WITH COFFEE AND MASCARPONE

Ingredients
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee (level)
- as needed water (to dissolve instant coffee)
- 2 tbsps Powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup Fresh liquid cream
Preparation
Whip the mascarpone with the powdered sugar using electric beaters or a hand whisk.
Dissolve the coffee with a little water and add it to the already prepared cream.
Whip the fresh cream and add it to the sweet coffee-flavored mascarpone.Keep the delicious mascarpone and coffee cream in the refrigerator until it is time to serve it with your favorite dessert or cookie
