INGREDIENTS FOR DRIED FRUIT PLUMCAKE RECIPE
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups mixed dried fruit
- 1 packet baking powder
- pod vanilla

PREPARATION FOR DRIED FRUIT PLUMCAKE RECIPE
Beat the soft butter with half of the sugar (100 grams), flavoring with the seeds of half a vanilla pod.
Separately beat the eggs with the remaining sugar (100 grams), then combine the two whipped mixtures. Add now the sifted flour with the baking powder, milk at room temperature, and your preferred finely chopped dried fruit.
Pour the well-mixed batter into a 13 x 5-inch loaf pan, leveling it well with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 45 minutes or according to your appliance’s characteristics.
Once baked, and after successfully performing the toothpick test, let it cool down, then remove it from the pan and place it on a rack.
As always, at least for me…a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and enjoy the dried fruit plumcake!
