Easy Clever No-Knead Rolls

Browsing the web in search of recipes to easily make bread at home, I found these easy clever no-knead rolls in  this blog, and I found them perfect for all those times when I don’t have fresh bread and don’t feel like going to the supermarket! They are very valid rolls, incredibly easy, and without having to spend much time between one rising and another! Shall we make them together???

If you don’t have fresh baker’s yeast but only the dry one, remember that a 25-gram block corresponds to a 7-gram sachet, the ratio is about 3:1, precisely 3.29. If you want the perfect formula for calculating the proportions, follow this formula:
if you want to convert the amount of fresh baker’s yeast to dry:
grams of fresh yeast indicated in the recipe ingredients : 3.29 = grams of dry yeast


if you want to convert the amount of dry baker’s yeast to fresh:
grams of dry yeast indicated in the recipe ingredients x 3.29 = grams of fresh yeast

Ingredients for EASY CLEVER NO-KNEAD ROLLS

  • 4 cups cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons dry baker's yeast (or 1/2 fresh block)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation for EASY CLEVER NO-KNEAD ROLLS

  • HOW TO PREPARE EASY CLEVER NO-KNEAD ROLLS In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, honey, and salt. Gradually pour in the water, mixing everything with a fork without kneading with your hands or a mixer.

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until it doubles in volume, about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the room temperature.

  • Use a knife to divide the dough into the number of rolls you want to bake: 8 regular-sized rolls or 16 mini rolls.

  • Take each piece and, without working it, just rolling it over itself, place it on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for a variable time from 25 to 35 minutes depending on your home oven.

  • TIPS FOR SMALL DOUGH VARIATIONS The rolls should be nicely golden, and then you just have to let them cool and serve them at the table!

  • If you wish, you can add oil seeds such as sesame, flax, pumpkin, etc., to the dough or on top before baking the rolls.

  • If desired, the easy clever no-knead rolls can be frozen after baking and then brought back to room temperature. Enjoy your easy clever no-knead rolls!
