- 14 oz zucchini
- 5 Eggs
- 5 tbsps grated Grana cheese
- 7 oz creamy cheese
- to taste Fine salt
- to taste Black pepper

Preparation of the Easy Zucchini Roll Recipe
Wash and trim the zucchini.
Using a coarse grater, grate them directly into a large bowl.Add the eggs and grated Grana cheese to the zucchini. Adjust with salt and pepper and mix the mixture.
Line the baking sheet (10 x 14 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F. Cook for about 20/25 minutes or depending on the characteristics of your oven.
Once cooked, remove the easy zucchini roll from the oven and let it cool completely. Spread the creamy cheese and with the help of the parchment paper, roll up the ZUCCHINI FRITTATA in the oven.
Wrap the zucchini roll in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Slice it evenly and serve the easy zucchini roll and enjoy your meal!
