Steps
After washing the vegetables and fruits, I slice the fennel thinly, dice the peaches, and slice the radishes into thin slices.
I pour the vinaigrette ingredients into a jar or a sealed container and shake it vigorously to create a tasty emulsion that will be used to dress the salad and enhance its ingredients.
I add the slices of prosciutto, dividing them among the plates, and add a few white sesame seeds.
I bring it to the table and enjoy this fresh and colorful salad in this last glimpse of summer.
