The foie gras stars are a tempting and super quick appetizer that clearly has a particular taste that you might or might not like because it is well known that foie gras does not please everyone!
Clearly, it cannot be defined as a recipe; it’s an idea for those who love this rather bold taste and, at least for me, very creamy and flavorful!
And I also leave you other TASTY AND DELICIOUS IDEAS for beautiful, simple, and DELICIOUS appetizers!

Recipe Preparation for Foie Gras Stars
For this quick finger food appetizer, you need to first get a star-shaped cookie cutter, and given the holiday season, I think you can find it in many supermarkets or online sites, or you already have it among the many tools we have in the kitchen.
Cut the foie gras into slices, then cut more stars from it. Place the foie gras stars on the gingerbread stars.
Sprinkle everything with fleur de sel and pepper. Keep it cool before serving.
Place the slices of whole grain bread on a surface and cut out the stars that will be the base of my savory tartlets like canapés or sandwiches.
Using the same cutter, cut slices of foie gras and then place them on top of the already cut star bread.
Add a couple of pink peppercorns or false pepper to each foie gras star and seal everything with cling film, placing the gourmet Christmas appetizer in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
When it’s time to serve, prepare the tasting tray and decorate with sprigs of currants that cut through the richness and are perfect!
Enjoy your meal!Annalisa
