Fried Mozzarella, a delicious and calorie-rich way to use a piece of mozzarella that has been sitting in the refrigerator for days is to fry it with a super breading in hot oil.
More than a recipe, it’s an appetizer suitable even for vegetarians who don’t pay much attention to the scales, calories, and cholesterol, alas!
If you prefer to use fior di latte mozzarella, after slicing it into 0.4-inch thick slices, let them drain well to lose the whey that could make the preparation soggy during frying.
The bites of fried mozzarella are best eaten warm, but to me, they are delicious even at room temperature, so let’s hurry to the kitchen to prepare this quick, tasty finger food appetizer of fried mozzarella!

Tips and Notes
There are several types of mozzarella, such as buffalo milk mozzarella, traditional, or fior di latte, each labeled correctly according to Italian laws to prevent consumers from being misled.
The mozzarella made from cow’s milk, which most of us consider “lean,” contains 19.5% fat, while buffalo mozzarella reaches up to 25%. You can find many recipes on the blog in this LIST, thank you!
