Tips and Notes

In my kitchen, fried foods are quite rare because I often try to use other cooking methods, but clearly, every now and then we allow ourselves a little sweet and savory fried treat, and among the savory ones here are:

fritters with salicornia or sea asparagus,

zucchini flower and mint fritters,

cauliflower fritters with buckwheat batter,

green bean packages and more!
