  • I add the sifted powdered sugar and the liquid vanilla extract, mixing everything well with a soft spatula.

  • Then I finely chop the high-quality chocolate (dark for me) and add it little by little, always trying to mix everything carefully.

  • Now it only remains to decorate the cake or tart or create filled big cookies or store the Stracciatella-flavored chantilly cream covered with appropriate cling film for food until it’s time to cheerfully dive the spoon inside…..
