Ginger Lemon Honey Lozenges for Sore Throat

Ginger lemon and honey lozenges for sore throat …given the winter that is coming (yesterday in Bologna it poured for hours and hours) I thought of making these candies with naturally anti-inflammatory and emollient ingredients to relieve early seasonal ailments, and still, before making them, I invite you to tell your doctor because we are not all the same and I care too much about you!

The ingredients have excellent properties, for example, the lemon provides vitamin C, the honey is a natural antibacterial; it loses a little of its properties in cooking but is an excellent soother for throat irritations and if it is thyme honey, it also helps against cough, ginger is anti-inflammatory and also boosts the immune system.
