GLASS with kiwi, salmon, and creamy cheese

Another quick and fancy idea for glasses (in my case …LARGE ONES) for a fresh and very appetizing appetizer the glass with kiwi, salmon, and creamy cheese that could also be prepared for the upcoming holiday meals.
The kiwi originates from China, and its cultivation has ancient origins with 2 main varieties, which are green and yellow.

The most popular is the green one with bright flesh and small black seeds around the center of the fruit, while the yellow one has a more elongated shape and no fuzz on the skin.

The kiwi consists mostly of water and, given its high potassium content and low sodium content, it’s very useful for athletes’ diets because it reduces the risk of cramps.

The smoked salmon can undergo 2 different smoking processes: hot or cold, and it is a very popular product especially during the Christmas holiday period because it is very tasty, versatile, and lends itself to many different preparations.

  • 2 kiwi (diced)
  • 1 package creamy cheese
  • 1 package smoked salmon
  • to taste aromatic herbs (chopped)
  • to taste salt and pepper

    Peel the kiwis and slice them into wedges.

  • Mix the creamy cheese with the aromatic herbs to make it smooth and flavorful.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

    Cut the smoked salmon into strips.

  • Now all that’s left is to assemble the glasses by making a base of diced kiwi, adding the smoked salmon, and finally pouring a nice spoonful of enriched creamy cheese!
