FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE GREEK POTATO PIE PATATOTIROPITA RECIPE

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F and proceed to make the dough for the Greek-style potato pie.

Mash the boiled potatoes, placing them in a bowl with Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, julienned mozzarella, diced cooked ham, and mix everything well.

Sift the self-rising flour and baking soda, also adding them to the dough.

Add the eggs, slightly beaten beforehand, and the milk.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and also add the fresh and chopped parsley leaves.

Lightly grease the chosen pan and pour in this mixture, leveling it well, and then bake for about 30 minutes or depending on the characteristics of your home oven.

This Greek-style patatotiropita pie should be well-cooked, soft, and golden on the surface!

    Let it cool and serve.

    Enjoy your meal! Annalisa
