HIGH-PROTEIN EGG WHITE OMELETTE

A quick preparation with lots of high biological value proteins, with zerocholesterol that is present in the egg yolk and so much flavor, ideal for those who want to support muscle mass!
A simple recipe that can satisfy even the most refined palates with few fibers and very few calories: a medium portion of about 200-400 grams has about 105/210 calories.

The high-protein and low-calorie diet maintains constant insulin levels, increases basal metabolism, stimulates lipolysis, and consequently leads to weight loss.

  • 17 oz pasteurized egg whites
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches oregano (dry)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper

FOR PREPARING HIGH-PROTEIN EGG WHITE OMELETTE

  • Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes and let them simmer with the extra virgin olive oil in a small pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • Turn off the heat, keep covered and warm, and proceed to make the protein omelette.

  • Pour the pasteurized egg whites into a bowl.

    Also add salt, pepper, and chopped dry oregano.

    Beat everything with a simple fork and place a non-stick pan on the heat

  • Pour the seasoned egg whites just beaten and let them cook over high heat until a nice golden crust forms.

  • Then lower the heat, cover, and let cook perfectly, optionally turning the omelette over.

  • Serve the super-protein omelette at the table adding the just sautéed cherry tomatoes.
