Ice dessert no-bake recipe is the typical dessert that requires no baking except for the melting of dark chocolate that I used for the final decoration with ready-made meringues.

With parfait instead, it refers to a cold dessert served at the same temperature as the semifreddo but composed of a pate a bombe(a mixture of pasteurized yolks with sugar syrup), whipped cream and flavored paste of choice.
With mousse we mean a well-aerated and light preparation based on eggs, whipped cream, and fruit or flavored pastes.
Cream and chocolate mousses also contain an amount of milk unlike semifreddi and parfait.

- 9 oz ladyfingers
- 5 oz Butter
- 5 oz Powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 6 oz amaretti
- 10 oz Dark chocolate
- 1 small glass rum liquor
- as needed meringues (optional)

Preparation of the Ice Dessert No-Bake
Line the mold with cling film. In a bowl, put a little rum and water and soak the ladyfingers, placing them at the bottom of the mold. Whip the softened butter with the yolks.
Now add the powdered sugar, crumbled amaretti, and 5 oz of dark chocolate in pieces (for me not too small). Pour this cream over the soaked ladyfingers.
Cover with more ladyfingers always dipped in the rum and water mixture.
With cling film seal the mold of the no-bake dessert and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
When serving, I personally melted the remaining chocolate and poured it over the ice dessert no-bake recipe.
