- 3.5 oz fresh whipping cream
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1 oz powdered sugar
- to taste ladyfingers
- to taste coffee (also soluble, decaf, or barley coffee if there are little ones around))
- to taste cocoa powder (sweetened for this recipe)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF INDIVIDUAL EGGLESS MINI TIRAMISU
I put ingredients like the fresh whipping cream with mascarpone in a simple bowl or in the stand mixer bowl and start the beaters and while beating, I create a delightful and soft cream, which I store covered in the refrigerator.
I make the coffee or espresso or soluble or barley coffee if the individual mini tiramisu without eggs will be tasted by the kids at home.
I quickly soak the ladyfingers in the liquid I chose and lay them out on a flat plate.

Anyway, after inserting the cream, I fill a soaked ladyfinger in coffee and proceed with the other biscuits.
I close the individual serving with another ladyfinger also dipped in coffee and place each mini tiramisu on a cooling rack and then sprinkle sweet cocoa powder on top.
I place each mini tiramisu dessert in muffin cups and serve at the table!
