Instant Rise Pizza Ready in 30 Minutes

I thought a lot about how to title this super sprint recipe which is quite acceptable in taste for the instant rise pizza ready in 30 minutes because it’s clearly not a “real” leavened dough with yeast or sourdough but a focaccia-style pizza that surprised me and that I will definitely make again!

The quick pizza with tomato, cheese, and salami is well-cooked, ready in less than 30 minutes, and soft!

It was a snap idea because I wanted a substantial snack-dinner, and in no time, I mixed and baked this kind of savory topped pizza, which even received praise from my son, who is always critical of everything!

Obviously, we can top it with anything we like, and when cut into squares, it becomes an appetizer for brunch!

FOR THE PREPARATION OF INSTANT RISE PIZZA READY IN 30 MINUTES

  • I mix the flour with the salt in the mixing bowl.

I also add the extra virgin olive oil and gradually the water, according to the absorbent power of the flour.

  • Personally, after adding the ingredients, I let the dough hook work for 5/6 minutes at high speed to obtain a soft, smooth, and quite homogeneous dough.

  • I added some tomato passata and then baked in a preheated oven at 450°F for 10/12 minutes.

I took out the pizza and added slices of provola cheese, basil in abundance, and as much salami as I could, but unfortunately, it was just a leftover bit from the fridge!

  • I put it back in the oven for another 7/8 minutes or depending on the features of your home oven.

It was perfectly cooked underneath, though perhaps I could have browned it more on top, but as a first attempt, it turned out much better than I expected!!!!

    Enjoy your meal!
