Ingredients
- 23 oz zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz milk
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Grana Padano PDO (grated)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

Preparation of the Invisible Zucchini Cake Recipe
For the invisible zucchini cake first I preheat the oven to 356°F but… if you hear the video, maybe it’s better to raise the temperature!
Trim the ends of the zucchinis and with a mandoline to get slices of the same thickness, slice all 4.
In a large bowl I beat the eggs and then add the flour with the baking powder for savory dishes.
I also pour in the liquids which are milk and seed oil.
I adjust with salt and pepper and add in stages the zucchini slices.
Line a 8-inch pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Smooth the surface and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
All that’s left is to bake and cook the invisible cake for about 50 minutes or depending on the characteristics of your appliance.
