Last-Minute Pandoro Tree with Cream

This last-minute Pandoro tree is an easy and quick dessert, ideal when Christmas has already arrived and you no longer feel like cooking. It is prepared in a few minutes, without hassle, and is perfect to bring to the table as it is.
The cream can be customized in a thousand ways: you can add cocoa for a darker tree, decorate with pistachio cream balls, sprinkles, colorful sugar, or whatever you prefer.
You can also add a glaze with powdered sugar, water, and a tiny bit of lemon juice… in short, we are free to decorate as we prefer!
I used cream and mascarpone I had in the fridge, but the beauty of this dessert is that it easily adapts to what you have and how you want to make it.

During the holidays, we need easy and delicious desserts to add to our buffet. There is no need to bake, just a few simple ingredients, minimal effort, intense flavor, and gourmet presentation. It will be a hit!

Suitable for both Christmas and New Year’s.

Happy Holidays to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fill the cream mixture of whipped cream, mascarpone, and powdered sugar into a piping bag with a nozzle.

  • Cover the Pandoro slices arranged in a tree shape with the cream, choosing your preferred decoration: leaf, plain, or star nozzle, or spread a thicker layer of cream evenly.

  • Decorate with BERRIES and a few mint leaves.
    Dust with powdered sugar.

  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve, adding more powdered sugar before serving because with moisture it may have been absorbed by the dessert.
