Ingredients LEMON CAKE RECIPE in air fryer
- 1 lemon (blended, for me 140 grams of pulp only)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil (for me corn)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 packet baking powder

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE LEMON CAKE RECIPE in air fryer
I wash and cut the lemon into pieces and blend it in the mixer with water, removing the seeds and peel, obtaining a very fragrant puree.
In a bowl, I place the eggs, add the sugar, and mix everything well with electric beaters.
Then I slowly pour in the corn oil, the lemon puree, and gradually the flour sifted with baking powder, always continuing to blend the mixture.
In a well-greased and floured circular or loaf mold, I transfer the mixture and place it in the air fryer basket at 320°F for about 25 minutes.
Then I continue by lowering the temperature to 300°F and continuing to cook for another 10 minutes approximately, but please check with your own home air fryer!
Whether warm or cold, I add powdered sugar and we are ready to taste!
