Good morning dear readers … Today I present to you a recipe that has probably already stressed your eyes and perhaps even your palate, and that is the lemon tiramisu, a spoon dessert with a delicious egg-free cream lemon-flavored.
In the syrup with which I have just soaked the ladyfingers, I have softened (not exactly candied) some citrus slices with which to decorate the dish.

LEMON TIRAMISU without eggs

Ingredients for LEMON TIRAMISU without eggs
- 1 ladyfingers
- 1 cup cup Heavy cream
- 9 oz oz Mascarpone
- 1 organic lemons
- 1/3 cup cup Powdered sugar
- 3.5 oz oz cream cheese
- to taste mint (optional)
- 1 cup cup Sugar
- 3.5 oz oz water
- 1 organic lemon

Preparation for LEMON TIRAMISU without eggs
Make the syrup by combining sugar with water and placing on moderate heat. As the liquid comes to a boil, lower the flame and add the slices of an organic lemon.
After 4/5 minutes, remove the slices, leaving them on a cooling rack and allow the syrup to cool.
Soften the mascarpone and add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, the grated zest of a lemon, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Whip the cream and gently fold it with a flexible spatula into the lemon-flavored tiramisu mixture.
Place a layer of ladyfingers and soak them with the syrup.
Now add a portion of cream and continue until the ingredients are used up.
Finish with the “candied” lemon slices and refrigerate until serving.
Serve the creamy tiramisu adding some mint leaves and enjoy the cold lemon dessert without eggs!
