This is how I prepare it, and it’s a success!
First, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar.
Then add flour, cocoa powder, instant baking powder, vegetable oil, and milk.
Add the dark chocolate chips if you prefer it less light, then pour the batter into a 20 cm (8 inch) round pan (I use 18 cm, about 7 inches).
Smooth it well with a spatula and bake in a static oven at 350°F for about 30/35 minutes, but as always, check according to your home oven’s features.
When baking is complete (toothpick test), let it cool and dust with powdered sugar.
