The light yogurt and cocoa cake – Melarossa low-calorie recipe shown in the photo has one obvious flaw…..

That is the photo of the light cocoa cake with yogurt has a flaw because I cut it to photograph it as it came out of the oven, and the extreme softness of this cake that I found on the famous site Melarossa, which helps many people to lose weight and regain a toned and slender shape, is not visible.

I have a dear friend who, thanks to a diet devised by the site, lost a lot of weight, so today I thought I would try a recipe I had already tasted at her house.

The light cake with low-fat yogurt and cocoa is made with ingredients like water and oil, is egg-free, and is a dessert we can eat without having to count calories gram by gram.

INGREDIENTS RECIPE Light Yogurt and Cocoa Cake – Low-Calorie Recipe

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsps corn oil (+ 1 tsp for the pan)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 packet baking powder

Preparation RECIPE Light Yogurt and Cocoa Cake – Low-Calorie Recipe

  • In a bowl

    mix the yogurt with the sugar and the chosen seed oil(corn or sunflower), leaving the teaspoon of oil available that will be used to grease the pan (8/9 inches).

  • Now add the flour sifted with the baking powder and cocoa and the water. Mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.

  • Using a brush, grease the pan with the remaining seed oil and dust it with flour.

    Pour the light yogurt and cocoa cake batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F.

  • Bake for about 35 minutes or according to your oven’s characteristics (always do the toothpick test, which must come out clean before ending the baking).

  • Once the light cake is cooked, let it cool and enjoy it without any guilt! Enjoy your meal with the light low-calorie recipe from Melarossa! Total Calories: 1623 Kcal / Calories per serving: 115 Kcal
