Ingredients for MARINATED MOZZARELLA BALLS RECIPE

  • 14 oz cherry mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper (in flakes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped)
  • as needed basil (chopped)
  • as needed chopped parsley
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil

500 grams hermetically sealed jar

PREPARATION FOR MARINATED MOZZARELLA BALLS RECIPE

  • In a hermetically sealed jar, I put the cow mozzarella balls.

    I drain the sun-dried tomatoes in oil and chop them quite finely with the aromatic herbs parsley and basil.

    I also mince the peeled garlic clove.

  • I pour the various herb and garlic chops into the jar, also adding the chili flakes and the dried oregano crumbled with fingers.

  • I cover with excellent extra virgin olive oil and after sealing the container, I put it in the refrigerator for at least 2/3 hours so that the mozzarella balls soak up the various flavors and aromas.

  • They keep well in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 3 days and can be enjoyed as a delightful appetizer or to flavor a simple mixed salad!
