Mini Tiramisu without Eggs Single Serving

For the mini single-serving tiramisu without eggs, you need a mouth as big as the wolf’s in Little Red Riding Hood and also be careful of the cocoa powder that can dry out your palate ehmehm….!

However, it is a single-serving dessert and not finger food, so it will be on a small plate, and we can take small forkfuls and everything will go splendidly!!!

It’s a cute and delightful idea to expand our dessert buffet for a family meal or a festive event with friends.

On that note, here’s a

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE MINI TIRAMISU WITHOUT EGGS SINGLE SERVING

  • I place the ingredients like fresh whipping cream with the mascarpone in a simple bowl or in the stand mixer bowl, and use the whisks to create a delicious and soft cream that I cover and place in the refrigerator.

  • I prepare the coffee or espresso, or instant, or barley if the single-serving mini tiramisu without eggs will be tasted by the kids in the house.

I quickly dip the ladyfingers in the liquid I chose and place them on a flat plate.

  • I insert the cream into the piping bag with the ..what is this called??

LARGE PETAL TIP on Amazon, 7 pieces for 7.98 euros

  • Anyway, after inserting the cream, I fill a dipped ladyfinger in coffee and continue with the other biscuits.

I close the single serving with another ladyfinger always dipped in coffee and place each mini tiramisu on a cooling rack and then sprinkle with sweet cocoa powder.

I place each mini tiramisu dessert in the baking cups and bring to the table!
P.S. IF you are not tasting the dessert now, do not sprinkle it with cocoa but leave it in the refrigerator (it might make a bit of coffee water underneath, I guess), and decorate them with cocoa ONLY when serving!

Enjoy your meal THANK YOU! Annalisa
