The very simple and equally tasty recipe of mountain-style chicken I read it in a cooking magazine, a monthly full of images and culinary information and curiosities.
It’s a genuine and quick dish that we can vary by adding not only creamy polenta but also mashed potatoes or sautéed mushrooms.
The chicken with pork is one of the most consumed meats both for nutritional values and for the rather economical and competitive cost.
This dish pairs well with sides like the peperonata, classic mashed potatoes, or these tomato fennel cooked in a pan.

Season with salt and pepper the skinless chicken thighs and place them on the baking tray, then bake at 350°F cooking for 30/35 minutes or depending on the characteristics of our home oven.
Prepare instant polenta or cut slices from the ready-made block that you can grill or brown in a pan.
