The Neapolitan steaks are a tasty and easy beef main course recipe I prepared using the oven. It’s truly quick and you can have it on the table in 30 minutes maximum!
The steaks remain tender and succulent, but it’s a recipe we can also make with a slice of chicken breast or pork loin, so it’s versatile!
Most of the main courses already published are surely prepared with chicken and/or pork, but I leave you some beef recipes like these:

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE NEAPOLITAN STEAKS RECIPE
1) First, I soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
2) Then I coarsely chop or finely, if you prefer, the prosciutto crudo slices.
3) I put a little oil on the baking dish and grease the entire surface uniformly.
4) After the soaking time, I thoroughly squeeze the soaked dried mushrooms and finely chop them, also adding plenty of parsley.
5) On the bottom of the baking dish, I place the prosciutto crudo and the mix of dried mushrooms and parsley.
6) I lay the beef steak slices on top of this seasoning and slightly salt the preparation.
7) I bake at 392 °F for about 10 minutes, then turn the beef steaks and add a little lemon juice, continuing until fully cooked, another 10-15 minutes.
8) I turn off the oven and let the Neapolitan steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
9) Simple, easy, and without too much fuss. Enjoy your meal with the Neapolitan steaks with beef prosciutto crudo and dried mushrooms!
