I saw this no-bake biscuit, cream and chocolate cake made by a foreign blog (I think it’s called ‘La ricetta della felicità’) and since it seemed like a fun idea perfect for the heat and summer, here I am trying it again in the kitchen.
Unfortunately it’s delicious and while I was preparing it I already “cleaned” the bowl with the cream and the bowl with the now-melted chocolate… I lost a couple kilos and then decided to gain them back in a big way and in no time, whoops ^_^!!!!
This is the recipe for a very simple and indulgent dessert that can be made in advance, is not expensive and will surely please you and your guests!!

Ingredients for NO-BAKE BISCUIT, CREAM AND CHOCOLATE CAKE

- 1 1/4 cups Heavy whipping cream (liquid)
- 7 oz Dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 3 tbsp Chopped hazelnuts (or almonds)
Tools for NO-BAKE BISCUIT, CREAM AND CHOCOLATE CAKE
#AD
- Hand mixer
- Bowl
- Parchment paper
- Aluminum foil
Preparation for the very indulgent NO-BAKE CAKE
First of all
whip the heavy cream.
Take one biscuit and fill it with a scant tablespoon of cream, then continue building a tower of filled biscuits joined together with the whipped cream.
Place the biscuit tower onto a sheet of parchment paper or foil and completely cover it with whipped cream.
Wrap the biscuit tower covered in cream in the parchment paper or foil and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Once the biscuit tower is firm, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and coat the cold tower with the chocolate, trying to cover it entirely.
Sprinkle the tower with the chopped hazelnuts, close the cold biscuit tower and return it to the freezer for enough time to harden the chocolate coating.
Now all that’s left is to take the no-bake biscuit, cream and chocolate cake and cut diagonal slices… it’s a lovely little dessert, I heartily recommend it!
P.S. If you use smaller biscuits like tarallucci you’ll see that the diagonal filled slices will be even more decadent but smaller and you’ll have to serve more portions—hehe!
Enjoy this very indulgent no-bake dessert!
