1) In a bowl, add the mascarpone and soften it with an electric mixer or stand mixer, then add the cream, continuing to beat to a soft cream.
2) Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
3) To one part, add the sweetened condensed milk(homemade recipe → https://blog.giallozafferano.it/asilannablu/latte-condensato-ricetta-dolce-casalinga/ ) and beat again with the mixer for a few minutes; to the other, add the NUTELLA and mix well in this half of cream and mascarpone.
4) Line the loaf pan with cling film, then spread a layer of white cream, then arrange the wafer side by side to cover the entire space.
5) Make a layer of dark cream with chocolate, then add a couple of tablespoons of Nutella randomly on top of the cream and repeat the layers, ending the no-bake two-tone cold dessert with a layer of cocoa wafer.
6) Cover with cling film the double-flavor cold cake and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
7) When it’s time to serve, take out the quick and delicious dessert at least 15 minutes before serving it, and after inverting it onto the serving tray, sprinkle with cocoa powder, clearly after removing the cling film protection.
8) Nothing left to do but serve this dessert with 2 creams and chocolate wafers…
Enjoy your meal!

Annalisa says …
1)I used Nutella, but if you want, you can also add melted dark chocolate at room temperature or my homemade chocolate and hazelnut cream recipe → https://blog.giallozafferano.it/asilannablu/crema-nocciole-ricetta-home-made/
2)For the wafers, I used cocoa-flavored ones as they seem most suitable, but you can also use vanilla ones…
3) For the final cocoa topping, you can use either sweet or bitter cocoa… be careful with the first bite so that your palate isn’t overwhelmed and enveloped by the powder, making your eyes pop!
