- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 1.75 oz white chocolate

Blend the Oreo cookies with the cream cheese.
Place the mixture in the fridge to firm up for about 20 minutes.
Melt the two chocolates in the microwave or a double boiler.
Take the Oreo truffles and quickly dip them in the dark chocolate, letting them drain over a rack.
Place them in the fridge to harden for the necessary time.
With the melted white chocolate in a piping bag, decorate the freshly made truffles with some colored sugar granules on top.
