Ingredients
- 11.3 oz paccheri
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.4 oz bacon
- 6.3 oz champignon mushrooms
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE PACCHERI WITH BACON AND MUSHROOMS
for the pasta and the sauce is ready!
In a pan, I put a little EVO oil with the cherry tomatoes in wedges and let them stew over medium heat for 5/6 minutes, always moving the pan and letting them soften.
Then add the bacon in strips and as soon as it changes color, turn off the heat.
In a new pan, put a clove of garlic and a little extra virgin olive oil, and once it is golden, add the quickly washed and thinly sliced champignon mushrooms.
Cook for 5/6 minutes or until they have released their water and are tender.
Take back the cherry tomato and bacon sauce and add the mushrooms, tossing them for a few minutes just enough to blend the different flavors well.
Meanwhile, the saucepan with salted water will have come to a boil, and then drop the pasta and cook it al dente or according to personal taste.
Add the paccheri, in this case, to the cherry tomato sauce, bacon, and mushrooms, and mix everything well, also adding some Parmesan cheese, which will further enhance the goodness of this easy first course, the paccheri with mushrooms cherry tomatoes and bacon!
