They’ve invented all sorts, so we are spoiled for choice whether as a standalone dessert or as a base for other creations. PANDORO TIRAMISU’

Pandoro Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz pandoro
  • 14.1 oz mascarpone
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1.4 oz sugar
  • 1.8 oz Dark chocolate
  • to taste coffee

Preparation

  • First, to prepare the pandoro with tiramisu, separate the yolks from the whites and whisk the yolks with the granulated sugar. Now add the mascarpone, previously softened with a spoon.

  • Now add the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks with slow movements from bottom to top. Set aside the mascarpone cream. Slice and then dice the pandoro and moisten it with a little coffee without soaking it too much.

  • Distribute the coffee-flavored pandoro cubes and the mascarpone cream in the serving glasses or bowls. Chop the dark chocolate into pieces and before serving the pandoro tiramisu, add a little on top of each delicious glass.
