Ingredients PARADISE CAKE RECIPE
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup soft butter
- 4 Eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp rum for desserts
- 1 lemon (zested)

Preparation PARADISE CAKE RECIPE
Work the soft butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy and light-colored mixture. Add the egg yolks one by one, adding the next only after the mixture is well combined.
Now add the whole eggs, the rum, and the grated zest of half a lemon, continuing to mix everything. After sifting the flour with the potato starch and baking powder, add them to the mixture with a pinch of fine salt.
Pour everything into the previously greased and floured pan and bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 50 minutes, or according to the characteristics of your oven.
Paradise Cake is excellent even if you freeze it and taste it after a month: try to believe!
It is a perfect cake for breakfast and can be filled with mascarpone cream, chocolate, or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar before serving!
