Ingredients for PEACH CAKE RECIPE
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 2/3 cup soft butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 5 Peaches
- 4 Eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste Powdered sugar (optional)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE PEACH CAKE RECIPE
To prepare the peach cake first wash, peel, and cut the peaches into pieces and set them aside, then preheat the oven to 356 °F.
In a bowl, work egg yolks with sugar, then add the soft butter, the grated lemon zest and the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Whip the egg whites and gently add them to the mixture, and, after buttering and flouring a cake pan (I used a bundt pan), pour the mixture into it.
Take the peaches and try to arrange them with a little pressure into the mixture on the surface of the cake and bake for about 40 minutes or according to your oven’s specifications.
Once perfectly cooked (for safety, do the usual toothpick test), let the soft peach cake cool and dust it with powdered sugar! Enjoy your Peach Cake!
