Beat the MASCARPONE with the pistachio cream, then gently fold in the whipped CREAM with upward movements.
Leave the no-bake pistachio cream in the fridge well covered with plastic film until ready to use for filling a cake, a shortcrust PASTRY, a CHEESECAKE without baking, or something else.
