I had some ready-made pizza dough in the fridge that was about to expire, so I decided to use it for this tasty pizza spiral, a new little appetizer for 4 people by adding extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, black olives, capers, and dried oregano.

The pseudo recipe of today is very simple, and I confess it takes more time to roll the dough than to fill, cook, and eat it… But why do I sometimes throw myself into making these things, huh??? Tell me, ah ah

Ingredients PIZZA SPIRAL RECIPE

  • 1 Pizza dough (from Gastronomia Piccinini)
  • to taste cherry tomatoes
  • to taste black olives
  • to taste desalted capers
  • 1 mozzarella
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation PIZZA SPIRAL RECIPE

  • Open the package of ready-made pizza dough** and leave it in a bowl for about an hour at room temperature.

  • On a lightly floured surface, take the dough, make a cylinder, and start creating a spiral that you will place on a sheet of parchment paper.

  • Now arrange the sliced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, and desalted capers.

  • Sprinkle the pizza spiral with extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 425°F for 30/35 minutes, depending on your oven.

    Serve hot and enjoy with the pizza spiral!
