The pork ribs with chickpeas is a tasty rustic dish cooked in a pan that can be made complete with a side of mashed potatoes or a few tablespoons of polenta for a comforting meal perfect for the winter season.
The pork ribs should be cooked slowly and carefully to ensure they are flavorful.
For me, pork ribs is a dish to be definitely eaten with hands because only in this way can we enjoy their succulent and satisfying nature!

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE PORK RIBS WITH CHICKPEAS RECIPE – A Tasty Rustic Dish
Heat a little EVO oil in a pan or saucepan, then add the ribs and let them brown, turning them occasionally for even cooking
Drizzle the meat with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate over medium-high heat, then season with salt, pepper, and chili.
Add the pork ribs to the tomato, lower the heat and continue cooking for about 40 minutes.
Add the boiled chickpeas, adjust the salt, and continue cooking for another 25/30 minutes. If the preparation dries too much, add a ladle of water.
It is a tasty economical dish that I can serve with some toasted bread for dipping, or some boiled or roasted potatoes.
Bon appétit! Annalisa
