- 3.5 oz prosciutto
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Preparing the Puff Pastry Breadsticks with Prosciutto
For this simple recipe, roll out the ready-made puff pastry and divide it into 10/12 vertical strips.
Also cut the prosciutto into strips and wrap it around the puff pastry strips, twisting everything unto itself.
Place each strip on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper keeping them well spaced apart.
Beat the egg with a fork and brush it over the puff pastry breadsticks with prosciutto, then add sesame and/or poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 15/20 minutes or according to our home oven’s characteristics.
Let them cool and devour these crunchy breadsticks!!!!!!!!!
