PUFF PASTRY PIZZAIOLA SAVORY SNACKS

Puff pastry pizzaiola snacks are a quick idea really ready in less than 30 minutes for tasty golden puffs baked in 10/15 minutes with classic pizza flavor!

Of course, the idea is overused and overly seen, almost unbearable, but it’s a basic idea we can make at the last minute if, like I often do, we have a roll of PUFF PASTRY ready for our rescue in the fridge!

The puff pastry filling is extremely simple: tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, chopped fresh basil leaves, and a sprinkle of grated Grana cheese!

And clearly we can vary and enrich it in 100 different ways, adding a diced vegetable mix just sautéed, a cheese mix shredded or sliced, sliced cooked ham, spreadable cheese enriched with smoked salmon, olive pesto, lots of aromatic herbs, and… surely you have other tasty and equally easy ideas to enhance the flavor of pizzaiola-flavored puffs!
