Puff Pastry Tart with Tuna and Cherry Tomatoes

in

There are those days when you get home and want something good without having to knead or complicate your life… and that’s exactly when this puff pastry tart with tuna and cherry tomatoes saves dinner.
It’s one of those recipes I often make “on the fly,” with simple ingredients that are always in the house: ready puff pastry, tuna and a few cherry tomatoes. In very little time you get a savory tart that’s tasty and perfect either as a main course or cut into cubes for a quick appetizer.
And let’s be honest… it’s also one of those clever fridge-cleaning preparations that always turn out well and everyone likes, without thinking too much about it!

Also not to be underestimated is that this type of recipes are a great way to “get rid” of ingredients that are about to expire — they are fantastic fridge-cleaners!!!
