Pumpkin and Chocolate Muffins

To be honest, I should have called this recipe …with 2 chocolates because I put white chocolate in the dough and dark chocolate chips on top of the muffin before baking he he!

I tasted the pumpkin and chocolate muffins and I must say I was surprised by the deliciousness of the whole, a true autumn treat for young and old!

Then they are butter-free with seed oil so…

Pumpkin and Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for PUMPKIN AND CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin (boiled and sieved)
  • 2 1/2 oz white chocolate (chopped)
  • 3 tbsps dark chocolate chips
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (I use corn oil)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF PUMPKIN AND CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

  • In a bowl, beat with electric whisks the egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk.

  • Sift the flour with baking powder and add the pureed pumpkin to the liquids.

  • Combine the dry ingredients with the liquids in a bowl, mixing with a flexible spatula or using electric whisks.

    Chop the white chocolate with a knife and add it to the autumn treat batter.

  • Pour the pumpkin and chocolate muffin batter into muffin liners already inserted in the appropriate multiple baking tin.

    Bake at 338°F in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or depending on your appliance’s characteristics.

  • Once cooked, let them cool well, then remove the pumpkin and chocolate muffins from the mold, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar, and serve!

    They are delicate, and the addition of white chocolate in the batter is AMAZING!!!
