- to taste breadcrumbs

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE QUICK AND TASTY BREADED PORK LOIN SLICES RECIPE
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and immerse the pork loin slices, letting them marinate for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, drain the meat and coat it in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded pork loin slices in plenty of hot seed oil.
Drain them after cooking by placing them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
