  • 1.76 lbs pork loin slices
  • 3 medium eggs
  • to taste breadcrumbs
  • to taste seed oil (for frying)
  • to taste all-purpose flour
  • to taste salt

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE QUICK AND TASTY BREADED PORK LOIN SLICES RECIPE

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and immerse the pork loin slices, letting them marinate for 30 minutes.

  • After the time has passed, drain the meat and coat it in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

  • Fry the breaded pork loin slices in plenty of hot seed oil.

  • Drain them after cooking by placing them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
