Ingredients RECIPE QUICK AND TASTY FIRST COURSE
- 11 oz pasta (I used sedanini)
- 2.1 oz sweet bacon (diced)
- 2.1 oz cooked ham (diced)
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 1/2 glass Dry white wine
- 1 knob of butter
- 4 Walnut halves
- to taste Grana Padano (grated)

Preparation RECIPE QUICK AND TASTY FIRST COURSE
In a pan, melt the butter then add the bacon and the cooked ham both diced.
Sauté over high heat then add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Pour in the cream and turn off the heat. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted boiling water.
Drain it keeping aside a ladle of boiling cooking water.
Pour the pasta into the pan, add water if necessary, and toss cheerfully, seasoning with salt.
Compose the individual plates by adding the chopped walnut halves and grated Grana. Enjoy this quick and tasty first course!!!

Tips and notes
Personally, I used two types of cold cuts just to exaggerate because I had them available in the fridge, but this quick and tasty first course will be delicious even using only one… Pay close attention when salting the dish because the cold cuts make the sauce very flavorful…
