Quick Coffee Semifreddo with Biscuits – Easy No-Bake Recipe

A sweet recipe today, a spoon dessert, quick, aromatic, and always creamy, the quick coffee semifreddo with biscuits, very quick and no-bake!

A dessert to keep handy in the freezer for unexpected guests and to indulge in a sweet treat as we head into the hot and sultry summer season. I love the taste of coffee , and I really enjoyed this super easy recipe!

I deliberately didn’t soak the biscuits Pavesini because I wanted them crunchy, but if you prefer, you can soak them in a little coffee diluted with water. Now, let’s get into the kitchen!!!

I mentioned NO-BAKE even though the cream needs to be slightly warmed!

QUICK COFFEE SEMIFREDDO

Ingredients for QUICK COFFEE SEMIFREDDO

  • 1.7 cups Fresh liquid cream
  • 1 tube of condensed milk
  • 2 Classic Pavesini
  • 2 Coffee Pavesini
  • 4 tsps Instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Let’s prepare the QUICK COFFEE SEMIFREDDO recipe together

  • Line the loaf pan with cling film, covering the bottom and sides thoroughly. Place the classic Pavesini along the sides and the coffee ones at the bottom.

    Remember, you can use either Pavesini or ladyfingers!

  • In a small amount of liquid cream, just slightly warmed, dissolve the instant coffee and the granulated sugar, and let it cool.

    In a cold bowl from the fridge and with electric beaters (preferably cold too), start whipping the fresh liquid cream to complete this no-bake summer dessert.

  • When the mixture is soft and semi-whipped, add the condensed milk mixed with the instant coffee, blending again and mixing everything well for a few minutes.

  • Pour the dessert mixture cold and quick coffee into the mold and finish the quick coffee semifreddo with the coffee Pavesini.

  • Place in the freezer until ready to serve, and at least 4/5 hours. Creamy and truly delicious, here is the quick coffee semifreddo!
