Ingredients QUICK FILLED PUFF PASTRY Appetizing Recipe

  • 1 roll Puff Pastry
  • 250 g cow ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 80 g salami (I used Milano)
  • 1 egg
  • to taste sesame seeds
  • to taste poppy seeds
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation QUICK FILLED PUFF PASTRY Appetizing Recipe

  • Unroll the ready-made puff pastry leaving the baking paper protection, and make several horizontal cuts on the right and left sides, approximately 3/4 inch apart.
    In the center, place the ricotta mixed with parmesan, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Place the slices of Milano salami on top, covering all the ricotta.

    Proceed to close the quick filled puff pastry by crossing the previously cut edges.

    Beat the egg and brush the entire filled pastry.

  • Now add the final decoration with the sesame and poppy seeds, which I alternated along the entire length of the savory pie.

  • Now just bake the Puff Pastry with Ricotta and Salami in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 30/35 minutes, or according to your oven.

  • Fragrant and tasty, here is the quick filled puff pastry that you can also make in other variations with cooked ham and Galbanino cheese or Emmental, or with a dice of vegetables cooked in a pan and some melting slices.
