Here is the recipe for a quick fruit dessert that is prepared and cooked in 30 minutes, 35 minutes at most, and is very soft and fragrant.
I included apples and pears to keep it simple, but you can use almost any fruit found in the supermarket sections or at the local market stalls!
If you want to enhance the flavor of the apple and pear cubes, you can sauté them with a little water, a bit of brown sugar, and spices like ground cinnamon.
I decided to make the super-fast fruit dessert this morning at 6 am (because I couldn’t sleep), using very juicy Golden apples and William pears, turning it into a breakfast dessert for the family.

- 1/2 cup fresh whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1 pear (diced)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE QUICK FRUIT DESSERT RECIPE
In a bowl, I combine the eggs with the sugar and mix quickly.
I add the vanilla extract, the granulated sugar, the fresh whipping cream not whipped, and mix again with a spoon or hand whisk.
I add the sifted flour with the baking powder and blend well, creating a smooth and lump-free batter.
I pour the creamy batter into the oiled rectangular pan or, as I did, lined with parchment paper.
I sprinkle it with the diced apples and pears (which I prepare on the spot or beforehand by drizzling with some lemon juice to prevent browning) and bake at 375°F today on a convection setting for about 25 minutes, but as always, adjust the baking time according to your own oven!
I let it cool, remove from the oven, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before slicing and enjoying the quick fruit dessert!
