Quick Nutella Puff Pastries are treats I made in star and snowman shapes, but we can make them in 100 different ways using simple, homemade cookie cutters.
I used 2 packs of round puff pastry that were lingering in the fridge and added some Nutella, but you can use pistachio cream, almond cream, jam or marmalade, and in less than 30 minutes we have a tasty and indulgent snack!
With puff pastry we can solve dinner and lunch in a few minutes and we can make all the courses of the menu. Among the many recipes already on the blog, I suggest:

- 2 packs puff pastry
- 3 tablespoons hazelnut spread (Nutella or jam or various creams)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps
1) Very simply, I open the first pack of puff pastry and, keeping the paper, place everything on a surface.
2) Spread the surface of the puff pastry with Nutella, leveling it well.
3) Lay the second roll of puff pastry on top, pressing slightly around the edges.
4) I then make the quick puff pastries by imprinting the chosen cutters on the 2 filled puff pastry packs with the hazelnut and chocolate cream.
5) Clearly, we’ll have a lot of scraps that we can bake and eat without the original shapes, but… they are tasty, crispy, and delicious!
6) Brush the chocolate-filled puff pastries with milk and then sprinkle with brown sugar.
7) All that’s left is to bake the small and quick filled puff pastries at 356°F for about 20 minutes or as per your appliance’s characteristics.
8) Let cool for a few minutes and… enjoy the quick and flaky cookies with chocolate cream!
