The roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and Parmesan are one of those simple SIDE DISHES that I prepare when I want something tasty without spending much time at the stove.
My family loves them, especially Andrea, who always enjoys them like this: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor.
The recipe is very easy and fundamentally you don’t need to boil them first. Just cut them in half, place them on the oven tray, season with salt, pepper, a clove of garlic, and a drizzle of good oil. In 20-25 minutes they are ready, and they perfume the whole kitchen. A sprinkle of Parmesan as soon as they come out of the oven makes them irresistible.

- 18 oz Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Preheat the oven to 392°F static.
Cut the cleaned Brussels sprouts, removing damaged leaves, in half and washed.
Place them on the oven tray lined with parchment paper, then season them with garlic, EVO oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake for about 25 minutes or according to the characteristics of your home oven.
As soon as you take the tray out of the oven, sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with grated Parmesan and serve immediately!
