Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs, with skin, raw
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Steps

  • When they are both tender, blend them with oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until you get a smooth cream.
