Sandy Chicken and Vegetables

This sandy chicken and vegetables recipe pops up on the web occasionally because it is economical, we can vary the vegetables almost infinitely, and we can cook it both in the oven and in the air fryer.

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SANDY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES RECIPE

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes, also removing the white fat filaments and the Y-shaped bone called the wishbone or chicken wishbone.

  • Then I add the chicken cubes and try to season and cover them well with this tasty mix.

  • I cut the zucchini into rings and the already boiled potatoes into pieces, adding them to the bowl and always enhancing the flavors.

  • I line the baking pan with parchment paper and arrange the chicken and sandy vegetables, trying not to overlap one another.

    I drizzle or spray with extra virgin olive oil and bake, cooking for about 25 minutes at 375°F in static mode or according to the features of our home oven.

  • This sandy chicken and vegetables is a simple and tasty dish that even the little ones at home will enjoy, I’m sure!
