HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE SANTA CLAUS BOOTS FOR APPETIZERS
I place the hot dogs on a cutting board and cut them vertically in the middle.
Now I make an oblique cut about 0.5 inches from the rounded end.
With a skewer (we decide the length ourselves considering we don’t want to get our fingers dirty but just enjoy these Santa Claus boots!
Now I place a slice of cheese as a cuff on the edible Santa Claus boot, then a sprig of parsley and some pink peppercorns!
It’s a silly idea but I think it fits well in a buffet for holiday meals at the end of the year, don’t you think?
Enjoy your meal! Annalisa
